Real estate business development
In a case for Duivens, a Swedish real estate company, TGC was hired to transform their business towards a more client-focused organization. Our analyses have made clear that this transformational process would require a re-branding and re-focusing task in order to make our client exploit its full potential.
TGC re-branded the entire organization, aligned visions, values and beliefs with the new client focus and company appearance and designed communication and marketing processes to optimally support the company's goals. The result was a re-branded organization with a collaborative new understanding of their services and relation to their clients, both on a strategic and operational level.

Re-launch of a mentor program for a private school in Sweden
Our client, a private school in Sweden, hired TGC in order to re-launch a mentor program at the school. The goal was to win top executives as mentors for a program that would provide outstanding opportunities to the schools students, while, at the same time, enriching the mentors perspectives.
TGC set up the entire program by designing all internal and external work processes, defining organizational dependencies, embedding the program into the client's organizational processes. Further, integral part of the project was a re-definition of our client's marketing and sales processes and understanding as well as the operational launch the program by recruiting mentors, matching them with mentees, organizing program events and enabling the client to run the program on its own.
Nowadays, the mentor program allows our client to successfully tie professionals to the school and to make their students experience real world stories from the ones creating them.
